She is survived by: her parent Chris Mullins of Haskell; her grandfather Robert Dennis Hogan; her parent Jamie Mullins; her sisters, Emma Rose, Khloe and Ashlynn; her great-grandparent Ray Hogan (Faith); her aunt Liz Marsh; her cousins, Justin, Skyler, Hayden Marsh and MacKenzie; her uncle Adam Hogan (Jasmine); her cousins, Matthew, Alicia, Savannah Hogan, Alex and Adrianna Moore; her great-uncle Dayne Hogan; and her great-aunt Linda Pitts (Toni).

Donations may be given to Arkansas Children's Hospital in Zoe's memory and will be greatly appreciated.
