He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Phillips and Bertha Phillips (Ludy); his wife Emma Lee Boyd Phillips; his children, Larry Phillips and Debbie Phillips; and his brother Floyd Phillips.
He is survived by: his sons, David Phillips (Jan) of Graham and Kenny Phillips (Samantha) of Mountain Home, Arkansas. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
