It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Cauwels of Bentonville, Arkansas, who passed away on August 7, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Edward and Irene Comys Cauwels; his former wife Phyllis Jean Cauwels; his children, Dawn Irene Cauwels and David Paul Cauwels; and his granddaughter Emery Jean Piston.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Shewmaker; his children, Mark (Sue), Caryn (Randy) and Denise; his daughter-in-law Becky; his grandchildren, John, Richie, Jamie, Ben, Kristin, Jessica, Kristy, Kory, Ashley, Baylee, Kaci, Carter, Blaine, Elias, Elliott and Kaya; and his great grandchildren, Josie, Kaiya, Abigail, Johnathan, Brody, Jack, August, Miles, Juliana, Lily, Zoe, Jace Robert, Ally, Wesley, Jeffery, Bradley, Lois and Aubrey.
