He is survived by: his sister Naomi King of California; his children, Christopher Lewis (Mary), Cameron Lewis (Lynnette) and Dawn Donald (John); his grandchildren, Amanda Elliott (Benjamin), Jessica M., Alycia Burns (Blake), Michaela Lewis, Magen Mitchell (Matthew), Gideon Lewis, Andria Manquen (Jack), John Donald (Brittany), Benjamin Lewis (Brittany) and AnnaLisa Donald; and his great grandchildren, William, Alexis, Charolette, Rayne, Matthew, Abigail, Watson, Alayia, Renley, Alayna, Beau, McKenna and Emma. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as extended family.
