He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Benton Willoughby and Mary Eathel Loving. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Willoughby; his children, Elizabeth Brown (Robert), Nathan Willoughby (Amanda), Zandra Harring (Tommy) and Janette Froedge (Nathan); his grandchildren, Nicholas Willoughby (Lacee), Alexander Brown (Libby), Hailey Willoughby, Hannah Kardell (Josh), Zian Brown, Noah Froedge, Eli Froedge, Violet Harring, Luke Froedge and Titus Harring; and his great grandchildren, Shepard Brown and Owen Brown. He is also survived by the seventh of ten children and is survived by four siblings.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Jack's honor to COGWA Youth Camps or the East African Work.
