He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert, Sr. Smith and Jessie Smith (Jones); his wife Sybil Smith; and his siblings, R. C. Smith of Rex Smith, J. E, Doris Smith, Bobbie Carter and Vinita Montgomery.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Smith (Lisa) of Grove, Allison Stensrud (Brad) of Lincoln, AR, Eric Smith of Grove and Ryan Smith (Rebekah) of Bentonville, AR; and his niece Susan Sandoval of Grove. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild.
