He was predeceased by: his parents, Nola Lou Murphy Luper and Archie Luper. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Swagerty Luper; his children, Tracy Luper (Ann) and Shari Luper Philpot (Craig); and his granddaughter Jaina Modisett. He is also survived by 2 Children, 4 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren; Ann's 2 children and 4 grandchildren, and Craig's 2 children and 4 grandchildren.
