He was predeceased by: his wife Deloris Kay Tyree; his son Patrick Tyree; his mother Carrie Tyree; and his brothers, Johnny Tyree and Paul Tyree.
He is survived by: his children, John Tyree, Charlie Tyree of Pea Ridge and Stephanie Clark of Rogers, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Marina Ingram, Vanessa Tyree, Sean Tyree, Eulana Knoefler and Jadyn Knoefler; his siblings, Vicki (Dan Monroe) and Tony (Quenitta Tyree); and his niece Jessica Burkett. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
