She was predeceased by: her brother Patrick Kyle Hunsaker; her former husband Edward Robert Provence; and her grandparents, Paul, Sadie Hunsaker, Norman and Shirley Pearce.

She is survived by: her brother Michael Ryan Hunsaker (Naomi) of Farmington, Utah; and her parents, Mike Hunsaker and Marilyn Hunsaker of Brigham City, Utah. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
