She was predeceased by: her parents, Angie Robinette and Jake Lundy; her spouse J. C. Patterson; and her siblings, Willie Robinette of Ben Lundy, J. C, Lorene Beard, Betty Martin and Ernie Lundy.

She is survived by: her children, Debbie Sanders and Ken Patterson (Pauline Patterson); her grandchildren, Kendra, Ahmad Elesber, Kisha and Mike Obrant; her great grandchildren, Lauren Tomlin, Ramez Elesber and Madeleine Obrant; and her sister-in-law Teresa Lundy. She is also survived by many other cousins, nieces, and nephews.
