He is survived by: his siblings, Joyce Dyrer, Laurie Jeffries and David Pedersen; his children, Nancie Carter and Jeffery Pedersen; and his grandchildren, Jenafer Neal, Kathryn Carter, Vince Pedersen, Jacob Pedersen and Joshua Carter. He is also survived by eleven great- grandchildren.
