Richard Sterup Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 30, 2021, at the age of 87, Richard Sterup of Bentonville, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Richard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Richard farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Sterup and Olive Sterup (Carter). He is survived by: his brothers, Thomas and James; his wife Barbara Brewer; and his children, Greg Sterup (Carol), Kathy Duba (Tom) and Linda Youngren (Larry). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, extended family.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church of Bentonville (901 NE J St, Bentonville, AR 72712). A reception will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church of Bentonville AR.
