He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Perkins (Beck); his daughters, Jessica Tolar (Jeff) and Whitney Perkins (Sandy); his grandchildren, Gabriel Perkins (Vanessa), Taylor Perkins, Payton, Baylee, Addison, Gabrielle, Barrett and Luke; his sister Regina Winfred Renoude; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Perkins, Karen Hodge (Scott), Ric Beck (Barb) and Tracy Beck. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and countless friends.
