She was predeceased by: her husband Ray Staggs; her parents, J. C. Dotson (Rosie Dotson) and Rosie Dotson; her siblings, Bernice, Eugene Dotson (Katherine), Dolores Shackelford (Kenneth) and Betty Horn; her brother-in-law Doug Patrick; her son-in-law Jess Torrez; and her granddaughter-in-law Jackie Pena.
She is survived by: her children, Rick R. Staggs (Inez M. Staggs) of Fresno and Connie D. Torrez of Bentonville; her sister Joyce Patrick of Reeds Spring, Missouri.; and her grandchildren, Henry Pena of Salinas, CA, Ryan M. Staggs and Brandon A. Torrez (Diana (Bentonville).
