He is survived by: his daughter Dr. Heather Williams (Jarod Williams) of Fayetteville, AR; his grandchildren, Cecelia Williams and Zan Williams; his sisters, Brenda Thompson (Bruce) of Camden, AR and Pat Barnes (Kenny) of Forney, TX; his nephew Austin Barnes of Forney, TX; his brother Danny Cook (Sunni) of Camden, AR; and his siblings' children, Nathan Cook of Conway, AR and Cameron Cook of Chicago, IL..
