He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray F. Huffaker, Jr. and Billie Huffaker; and his sister Victoria. He is survived by: his brother Ray F. Huffaker III of Knoxville, Tennessee; his sons, Michael (Paige) of Huntington Beach and Christopher (Charlotte) of Dallas, Texas; his former wife Jennifer Huffaker of Bella Vista; and his grandchildren, William III, Lydia, Caroline and Henry.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations be made to Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville.
