He was predeceased by: his parents, Carthel Curtis and Violet Curtis (Martin); and his daughter Jana Daniels (Curtis). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Norvell; his children, Jeff Curtis (Nancy), Jerry Curtis (Denise) and Judi James (David); his brother Randy Curtis (Karen); his nephews, Steve Curtis (Amanda) and Blake Curtis (Caroline); his niece Laken Kamentsky (Zhyana); and his grandchildren, Rebekah Curtis, Cody Curtis (JoAnna), Lauren James (Tim), Reagan Flint (Trey), Gavin, Garrett James, Kayla Roberts (Gannon), Misty Edwards (Ryan), T. J. Wallin (Ashley), Shelby Smith (Blake), Tyler Daniel (Jeri Lyn) and Kylie Davidson (Zach).
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the First Assembly of God Church (1329 W Stephenson Ave, Harrison, AR 72601). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
