He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Bell and Gladys Bell (Brewer); his wife Mary Ann Bell; and his brother James Patrick "JP" Bell. He is survived by: his children, Robert Bell (Elizabeth) of Fayetteville, John David Bell of Berryville and Emily Bolton (Scott) of Berryville; his sister-in-law Candy Bell of Edmond, Oklahoma.; his grandchildren, James McElyea Bell, Celie Anne Bolton, Rosemary Brinkley Bell and Elizabeth Quinn Bolton; his stepgrandsons, Thomas Vaught and Wyatt Vaught; his niece Elizabeth Bell; and his nephew Steven Bell of Edmond. He is also survived by several other relatives and close friends.
