She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Usrey and Virgina Usrey (Phillips); her daughter Hannah Williams; her grandparents, Claud Phillips, Alma Lee Phillips (Elmore), Willie Usrey and Lillian Usrey (Smith); and her uncles, Dwane, Lonnie and Gary Usrey.

She is survived by: her husband Gerald Williams; her children, Marisa, Chelsea and Stevin Williams; her granddaughter Fern Williams; her siblings, Marcie Grim and Kip Usrey; her uncle Levi Phillips; and her aunts, Dixie Spicer and T. Fern Smith.
