He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Brooke West and Osie Winifred Gensman West; and his brothers, Robert and Fred West. He is survived by: his wife Linda West; his children, Digby Keith West (Mindy) of El Dorado, AR and Heather Brooke Nunn (Randy) of Fayetteville, AR.; his granddaughter Dr. Brooke Elizabeth Nunn of Winston-Salem, NC; and his sisters, Louise Rusterholz (Don) of Berryville, AR and Ginger Jefferies (Hardie) of Fort Smith, AR. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and many friends.
