He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvis Lichti and Ethel Lichti (Weaver); his wife Anne Louise Lichti; and his brother-in-law Ray Caldwell. He is survived by: his children, Laura Mahan (David) and Robert Lichti (Laurel); his grandchildren, Jessica Mahan, Nathan Mahan, Ashleigh Bean, Kristen Church, Katelyn Lichti and Emily Brooks; his great grandchildren, Silas, Weston, Gabriella, Barrett, Genevieve, Sullivan and Brooks; and his siblings, Barbra Cline (Ron), Bill Lichti (LaRae), Jan Caldwell, Elsie Ellison and Jim Lichti. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Assembly of God Church (102 Grace Way, Huntsville, AR 72740). A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Fayetteville National Cemetery (1000 S Lt Col Leroy Pond Ave, Fayetteville, AR 72701).
