He is survived by: his wife Cindy Clark of Berryville; and his stepchildren, Matthew Myrick (Carol) of Springfield and Misty Myrick (Wendy) of Willard, Missouri.. He is also survived by three step grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, friends.
