He was predeceased by : his parents, William Burr Cain and Roxie Eugenia Cain (Miller); and his siblings, Marie Jones, Betty Doris Collins, Dorothy Jo Cain and Billy Gene Cain.
He is survived by : his wife Betty Lou Cain (Morrison); his children, Rebecca Lynn Usrey of Berryville, Retired Colonel William J. Cain Jr. of Chesapeake, Virginia and Mary Beth Sink of Bentonville; his grandchildren, Charles Merchant, Elise Holman, Eric Holman, Emily Sink, Hayden Sink, Jenna Cain, Brodie Cain and Creed Cain; and his great grandchild Bella Mae Holman.
