He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Nickless and Sallie Sanders (Hodges); his wife Vonda Sanders; and his son Lyle Sanders. He is survived by: his daughter Linda Sue Bicker (Jim) of Bexar, Arkansas; his daughter-in-law Judy Sanders of Franklin, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Jeremy Bicker (Dawn) of Conway, Jed Bicker (Sara) of Conway, Nathan Sanders (Courtney) of Franklin and Alissa Foyt (Doug) of Wiseman, Arkansas; his great grandchildren, Addison Bicker, Andersen Bicker, Eleanor Bicker, Lilly Felton (Zeb), Dayka Lock, Xander Lock, Izzy Foyt and Fisher Foyt; and his great great grandchild Cora McCandlis.

Memorials may be made to either Byron Cumberland Presbyterian Church or Mount Pisgah Cemetery.
