He is survived by: his children, Betty Davis, Jeffery Sisk (Belinda), Lee Sisk (Felicia) and Alyson Sisk; his grandchildren, Nathan Sisk (Sharon), Tiffany Cottingham (Jason), Logan Sisk (Shelayna), Trenton Tilley, Tristen Sisk and Maci Kate Tilley; his great grandchildren, Ashlynn Vaughn, Christian Rymel (Hannah), Casin Rymel (Rae), Cameron Fouse and Katy Fouse (Marcus); his great great grandchildren, Renaux Cox, Rebel Rymel, Arlon Collins, Axle Rymel and Maelynn Collins; his sister-in-law Janis Sisk; his nephews, Bobby Joe Sisk (Becky), Mike Sisk (Kathy), Larry Sisk (Karen), Rodney Sisk and Randall Sisk (Christina); and his niece Connie Chadwick (Carl).
