He is survived by: his wife Pat Baxter; his children, Troy Baxter (Michelle) and Carla Alexander (Nathan); his brother Kenneth Baxter (Barbara); his grandchildren, Brandon Baxter (Haley), Courtney Baxter, Hunter Alexander and Carter Alexander; and his great grandchildren, Matilda Baxter, Koralie Baxter and Dallas Baxter.
