He was predeceased by: his grandfather Jimmy Lee Johnson of Perryville, AR; and his cousin Shane Johnson of Bigelow, AR.. He is survived by: his mother Nicky Allen; his stepfather Stan Allen of Bigelow, AR; his siblings, Lane Embry of Nash, TX and Cheyenne Johnson of Tulsa, OK; his father Donald; his grandparents, Donna Cannon-Friedman of Bigelow, AR, Billy Cannon of Perry, AR and Betty Johnson of Perryville, AR.; his aunts, Michelle (Jay Rankin), Billie (Phillip Benson), Bobbie (Nick Fougerousse) and Jamie (Billy Lawerence); and his uncle Bobby McCormick.
In Lieu of flowers the family wishes that donations be made to the Gary Sinise foundation or #Sheepdogs.
