He is survived by: his siblings, G. Frank Simmons (Renee), William Emmitt Simmons (Joyce), Rickey Lee Simmons and Elizabeth King (Frank); and his siblings-in-law, Lenny Wells and Sheila Jo Simmons. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, along with many other family members and friends.
