She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude K. McCormack and Ethel McCormack (Doughty); her husband Don Herrick; and her brothers, Kenneth, Odell, Clonnie and Harold McCormack.
She is survived by: her sister Florene Fisher; her grandson James Adam Herrick; her children, Donald Steven Herrick of Blue Jay, Ronda Elliott (Larry) of Bella Vista and Barry Herrick of Bigelow; her brother Don McCormack (Martha) of Thornburg; her grandchildren, Wesley Elliott, Jordan Elliott (Ashley) of Bentonville, Arkansas. and Lindsey Herrick of Ward, Arkansas.; and her great grandchildren, Connor Herrick, Scarlett Elliott, Dorian Elliott, Elizabeth Herrick, Oliver Elliott and Evelyn Mae Elliott.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Harmony Baptist Church or Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Rd., Springdale, Arkansas.
