He is survived by: his wife Earnestine Kirk McMillen; his grandchildren, Sherry Haga (Steve), Sammy Koons (Brandi) and Kelly Koons; his great grandchildren, Bryan Hambrick (Katy), Amanda Hambrick, Katherine Turman (Kendall), Carson Koons (Megan), Carley Koons, Cayson Koons, Aiden Neece, Trenton Gifford and Bentley Gifford; and his great great grandchildren, Chloe, Caden, Kinsley, Dakota, Ranger, Easton, Teagan, Adalyn and Cash. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
