He is survived by: his children, Holly DeVinney-Massanelli, Michelle Stubenrauch (Ryan), Diakkia "Dee" Devinney (Patricia) and Nalei Harris (Tony); his grandchildren, Zale Crace (Amber), Antonio Perez, Jet Torres, Sierra Massanelli, Emma Stubenrauch, Devin Oili, Athena Harris and Anastasia Harris; and his brothers, Delmer DeVinney and Danny DeVinney. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the State Funeral Service (2620 W Main St, Jacksonville, AR 72076). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
