He is survived by: his wife Charmane O'Conner; his sons, Robert Steven Billings of Bismarck, Lonnie Billings of Bismarck, Jimmy Billings of Bismarck and Chuck Billings; and his brother Frank Billings (Loraine) of West Virginia. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
