He is survived by: his children, Brittany Sanders (Allen) of Moore, OK, Tosha Phillips of Tahlequah, OK and Justin Michael Phillips (Amy) of Oklahoma City, OK; his siblings, Carl Allen Phillips of Bismarck and Sheila Whitley (Jimmy) of Bismarck; and his grandchildren, Ana, Victor, Addy, Willy, Violet, Wyatt Torres, Lilly, Jesse, Halo, Isla Sanders and Hazel Phillips.
