He was predeceased by: his father James Billings. He is survived by: his mother Ida Billings; his daughter Kristal Benton (Bryan); his grandsons, Lane Hunter and Carter Benton; his great grandchildren, Grayson Billings and Adley Billings; and his siblings, Jimmy Billings (Sharon), Ladonna Bel and Mike Prince. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends that were his family.

A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Caruth-Hale Funeral Home (155 Section Line Rd, Hot Springs, AR 71913).
