He was predeceased by: his son Jessee Zelnick; his mother Buffy Zelnick; his brother Christopher Zelnick; and his brother-in-law Bob Boyd. He is survived by: his wife Leah Zelnick; his daughters, Anna Andrews (Cordell) and Henley Zelnick; his father Richard Zelnick (Virginia); and his siblings, Ernest Zelnick (Michelle), Jennifer Boyd and Michelle Godwin (Phillip). He is also survived by his family, including nieces, nephews, grandsons, many friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages acts of kindness in Stephen's memory or contributions to a veterans' organization of your choice.
