He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fredrick Sullivan and Mildred Sullivan; his wife Doris Jane Sullivan (Thornton); and his siblings, Margaret Rice and Junior Sullivan.

He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Sullivan (Becky) and Mark Sullivan (Susie); his siblings, Jerry Sullivan of Arkadelphia, Jim Sullivan of Hope and Shirley Ledbetter of Arkadelphia; and his grandchild Kolton William Sullivan.
