Sarah Elizabeth Cross Obituary
Sarah Elizabeth Cross, 35, of Black Oak, Arkansas, passed away on January 8, 2025 at her home. She was born on July 14, 1989 in Jonesboro, Arkansas to Joey and Rhonda Joyce Pollard. She was a Christian and devoted to her job as a CNA at Monette Manor. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include; her parents: Joey and Rhonda Pollard of the home; her grandfather Edwin Wright of Marked Tree, Arkansas; two sisters: Jennifer Bishop (Chandler) of Paragould, Arkansas and Emily Maddox (Chris) of Lake City, Arkansas; seven nieces: Jazmin Cerda (Kyle), Addy Cerda, Selena Cerda, Sofia Cerda, Salem Maddox, Brooklyn Bishop, and Addy Bishop; one nephew: Jhett Maddox; one great nephew: Eli Jones; and a host of other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by; her son: Kaden Eli Banton; one brother; Brandon Joseph Pollard; paternal grandparents: Faye and Floyd Pollard; maternal grandmother: Alice Wright; and one nephew: Sutton James Maddox.
Pallbearers: Barry Weyer, Gaylon Barrett, Ronnie Thomas, Teddy Pollard, Chris Maddox, and Chandler Bishop.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, January 17, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at Caraway Cemetery with Bro. Roger Duffel officiating under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
