He is survived by: his wife Teddy Thurman; his children, Jeff Butler (Cecily) of Texarkana, AR, David Thurman (Missy) of Blevins and Amy May (Ronald) of Colleyville, TX; his grandchildren, Dakota Butler, Daiton Butler, Lana Thurman, Hailey May and Morgan May; his sisters, Glenda Hugg and Patsy Bonds (Bobby); and his nephew Brian Hugg. He is also survived by many other extended family and dear friends.
