He is survived by: his wife Vanessa Ugarte; his children, Eduardo Ugarte, Rosbel Issac Moreno, Raul Ismael Moreno, Angela Salas and Jazmine Salas; his brothers, Santos Moreno, Juan Moreno and Hector Moreno (Adriana Moreno); and his grandchild Yamileth Grace Torres. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
