He was predeceased by: his parents, Doc Fulton and Peggy Fulton; his brothers-in-law, James Honeycutt and James Coleman; and his great-nephew Blake.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Fulton; his daughter Tiffany; his son-in-law Quinn Hastings; his children, Melissa (Meagan) and Josh; his daughter-in-law Patricia Fulton; his grandchildren, Dylan (Brooke), Summer, Aidyn and Taylor; his great grandchildren, Isabel and Sophie; his sisters, Margaret Honeycutt, Alice Coleman Steed (Gene) and Elaine Stone (Danny); and his brothers-in-law, Tim Gregory (Sherry) and Mark Gregory (Pam).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Friendship Church (4688 US-371, McCaskill, AR 71847). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at the Friendship Cemetery (4698 Hwy 371 E, McCaskill, AR 71847).
Bubba requested that everyone dress casually and in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to CARTI Cancer Center or Arkansas Children's Hospital.
