She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Palmore and Annie Bell Thomas; her husband William Tally Jr.; her son William Talley III; and her siblings, Willie Jr., John Sr., Sammy Sr., Palmore, Clementine McDowell, Effie T. Rodgers, Annie Bell Jones and Ora Dean Willis.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael L. Talley Sr. of Blytheville, Zackery D. Talley Sr. of Blytheville, Eric T Talley Sr. of Blytheville, Kenyatta T. Talley Sr. of Blytheville and Vincent B. Talley of Little Rock, Arkansas; and her sister Mary Elizabeth Diamond of Kansas City, Kansas. She is also survived by 24 Grandchildren and 47 Great-Grandchildren.
