He was predeceased by: his parents, Lovie (Clyde O'Neal) and Mossie (June). He is survived by: his wife Pat; his sons, Shawn (Shannon) of Gosnell and Kevin (April) of Sebring, Florida.; his grandchildren, Alan O'Neal (Shelby), Aaron O'Neal (Carlie), Abby Scott (Andrew), Jack O'Neal, Sam O'Neal, Braxton O'Neal and Brady O'Neal; his great grandchildren, Owen, Collin O'Neal, Kennedy, Tinsley O'Neal, Grayson Scott and Noah Scott; and his close friend Sassie.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Mossie's honor to the National Cancer Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
