He was predeceased by: his parents, John Clyde and Guy Eula Lutes; and his siblings, Elizabeth Bolinger, Charles Ruff Lutes and Rosemary Lutes.
He is survived by: his wife Diana; his stepson Scotty Wayne; his children, Sophie and Christopher Lutes (Julie) of Jonesboro; his grandchildren, Olivia, Tate and Rosalind; and his brother Henry Lutes (Beth) of Mountain Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Veteran Affairs in honor of his lifelong dedication to fellow servicemembers.
