She is survived by: her husband Gary Smith of Blytheville, Arkansas; her son Thomas Smith (Lee) of Blytheville, Arkansas; her sister Tomi O'Steen of Longview, Texas; her nieces and nephews, Terry, Lilly and JT; and her pet Molly. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
