He was predeceased by: his father Leszek Jacek Kulinski. He is survived by: his mother Malgorzata "Gosia" Kulinski; his brothers, Artur Wierzbicki (Allison) of Blytheville and Mateusz Wierzbicki (Mackenzie) of Medina, Tennessee; and his nieces and nephews, Katherine, Madalyn, Natalia Wierzbicki, Grayson and Sebastian Wierzbicki.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in Robert's honor to The National Cold War Center, 4701 Memorial Drive, Blytheville, Arkansas 72315.
