He was predeceased by : his parents, Golden Williams and Lydia Vaughn Williams; his son Theodore Williams; and his siblings, Earl, Louella, Patricia, Juanita and Merle.

He is survived by : his wife Carlene Williams; and his children, Susan Prenger of Holts Summit, Shelly Fanelli of Raton, Sharron Fernandez and Thomas R. Williams of Raton. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
