He is survived by: his wife Donna Crabtree of Bono; his sons, Jeff Crabtree of Bono and Jason Crabtree (Misti) of Bono; his sister Wanda Looney (Jack) of Greenfield; his grandchildren, Dakota Crabtree (Katy Ann) of Bono and Matthew Crabtree (Allison) of Brookland; and his great grandchild Colt Crabtree.
In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to either St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Bono Church of Christ.
