He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Wilkins and Eunice Morgan; and his wife Patsy Wilkins. He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Barnes (Dave) of Hardy, AR, Rhonda Sutton of Rogers, AR and Christi Bales (Jimmy) of Bono, AR; and his siblings, Bettye Hall of Galveston, TX, Gail Green (Terry) of Little Rock, AR, Kay Stricklin (James) of Memphis, TN and Terry Wilkins (Vicki) of Jonesboro, AR.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Among his successes as state representative, he worked tirelessly for the Alzheimer's Foundation of America and was on numerous public health committees.
