He is survived by: his children, Cindy Roach (Ken) of Hoxie, Tammy Moore (Kenny) of Bono, Randall Carter (Gail) of Van Buren and Kenny Carter (Joyce) of Jonesboro; his sister Ina Ishmael of Texas; his grandchildren, Erica Ramsey (Zack), James "Ryan" Hayse, Kendall Hayse, Ashley Bryan (Nick), Derrick Moore, Breanna Moore, Adrianna Carter, Kyle Carter (Brittney), Sarah Carter, Amanda Carter and Brandon Carter; and his pet Rosie. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends.
