He was predeceased by : his parents, James Rucker and Van Lucille Rucker (Simpson); and his brothers-in-law, Douglas Herring and Lavaughn Barnes. He is survived by : his children, Justin Rucker (Britney) of Brookland, Arkansas and Jessica Rucker (Garrett Wheeler) of Brookland, Arkansas; his granddaughter Scarlett Marie Rucker; and his siblings, Carolyn Herring, Dorothy Barnes, Linda Lyles, Debbie Permenter (Johnny), Darlene Price (Jerry), Darrell Rucker and Jim Rucker (Judy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
